Joe Velez is a Jersey City native who grew up with an at-home darkroom. His father taught him the basics of photography at a young age and it has always been a part of his life. Joe pursued fine art painting and teaching while maintaining a connection with photography, which eventually became his primary focus.

Joe is passionate about combining fashion with contemporary fine art photography.
